Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Subscriber," or "you") and GVK DalRoti Cloud Services and Datacenters Providers FZCO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operating the platform at www.traderstv.in.

By accessing, registering on, subscribing to, downloading, or using any part of our Platform or software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable risk disclosures.

GVK DalRoti Cloud Services and Datacenters Providers FZCO provides:

• MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor (EA) software for automated trading, primarily on XAUUSD (Gold)
• License key issuance, management, and broker account binding infrastructure
• User dashboard for license management and account administration
• Software updates and patch releases during an active subscription period
• Technical support via available support channels

We are a software company only. We do not operate as a broker, financial institution, fund manager, investment advisor, or any regulated financial entity.

3.1 Monthly Subscription Fee

Access requires a fixed monthly subscription fee of USD 125.00 per license key per month. This fee is for software access only and is not linked to trading results.

3.2 Billing Cycle and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly calendar basis
• Payment is due on or before the subscription renewal date
• We do not store your payment card details

3.3 Non-Payment and License Deactivation

If the monthly subscription fee is not received by the due date, your license key(s) will be deactivated immediately without notice or grace period.

3.4 No Refund Policy

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining a computing environment capable of running MetaTrader 5 continuously
• Ensuring stable, uninterrupted internet connectivity at all times
• Selecting a reliable VPS or hosting provider
• Monitoring your system's uptime, connectivity status, and MetaTrader 5 connection state

THE COMPANY BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY for any trading outcome caused by infrastructure failures, including PC shutdown, ISP outages, VPS downtime, MetaTrader disconnection, or broker server unavailability.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party
• Sessions expire automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity
• Each license key is uniquely bound to a single MT5 broker account number and is non-transferable

6.1 Copy Trading and Signal Distribution — STRICTLY PROHIBITED

• Replicating or mirroring EA-generated trades to any other account
• Publishing, broadcasting, selling, or sharing EA-generated trade signals
• Running the EA as part of a managed account, PAMM, or MAMM
• Operating the EA on behalf of a third party's account
• Charging fees or commissions from third parties in connection with the EA

6.2 Also Prohibited

• Impersonating the Company or its staff
• Making false or exaggerated performance claims
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the EA
• Sharing, sublicensing, reselling, or distributing the EA
• Attempting to bypass the license key validation system
• Submitting chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRADING OUTCOMES — PROFITS AND LOSSES.

This responsibility is absolute and is not diminished by:

• The fact that trades were generated automatically by the EA
• Any advice or support provided by the Company
• Any performance results shown in marketing materials or backtests
• Any technical failures or unexpected EA behavior

THE COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE EA WILL RESULT IN PROFITS.

Aggregate Liability Cap: Total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of Terms, copy trading, signal distribution, or any misrepresentation or fraud.

All IP rights in the EA software, platform, code, algorithms, trademarks, and branding are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to use the EA on a single bound broker account.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via support@traderstv.in
• The Company may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, prohibited conduct, or breach of Terms
• Upon termination, all license keys are permanently deactivated
• Any open trades at termination remain entirely your responsibility

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The Company disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and compatibility with all broker configurations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dubai. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company
• If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force
• The Company may modify these Terms with 14 days' advance notice
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written consent
• The Company is not liable for force majeure events

We accept payments through the following methods via our payment processors (Telr, MamoPay, MalyPay). Card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways — DalRoti never sees your card number.

• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
• American Express where supported by the gateway
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• UAE bank transfers via MamoPay
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH) via MalyPay

All prices displayed at checkout are in the currency shown; the amount charged to your card will appear in your card's billing currency at your bank's prevailing exchange rate. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules. Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment and are processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the credit card issuing bank — see our Payment & Refund Policy for the full schedule.

Users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering as users of, or transacting on, this website. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, we will suspend the account immediately, refund any pending balance to the original payment method, and delete the associated data.

DalRoti does not offer, sell, or provide trading or Expert Advisor (EA) services to individuals, entities, or residents of countries subject to sanctions imposed by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Arab Emirates.

Currently restricted jurisdictions include (but are not limited to): Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Cuba, Syria, Crimea/Sevastopol regions, Sudan, and any other country added to sanctions lists during the term of this agreement. If you are located in or a resident of any such country, you must not use our services. Any transactions attempted from these regions will be blocked, refunded where possible, and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website, our services, or any transaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of our platform. Users based outside the UAE nonetheless agree to submit to this jurisdiction as a condition of using the service.

GVK DALROTI CLOUD SERVICES AND DATACENTERS PROVIDERS FZCO (the "Company"), the entity registered under UAE Trade License No. 79428, owns, maintains, and operates this website and all related platform assets. All content, source code, EA binaries, MLM structures, and trademarks belong to the Company unless otherwise stated.
