User Disclosure

By signing / digitally accepting this Agreement, the Trader confirms their independent, informed acknowledgment of each of the following ten statements:

1. 1

   High-risk automated trading.

   I understand that using the DalRoti 2026 MT5 EA involves automated forex and gold (XAUUSD) trading, which is highly speculative and carries an extreme level of financial risk not suitable for all investors.

2. 2

   I may lose my entire capital.

   I acknowledge and accept that I may lose my entire invested capital as a result of using this EA. I will only trade with funds I can afford to lose in full, and I will not trade with money required for essential living expenses, savings, or borrowed funds.

3. 3

   No profit guarantee.

   I understand that GVK DalRoti Cloud Services and Datacenters Providers FZCO makes absolutely no guarantee, promise, or representation of any profit, positive return, or specific performance outcome from the use of this EA.

4. 4

   Past performance is not indicative of future results.

   I acknowledge that any backtesting results, demo account performance, or historical trading data shown by the Company are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee or predict future trading outcomes.

5. 5

   Not financial advice.

   I understand that the EA software, platform content, and any communications from the Company do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. I will seek independent advice from a licensed financial advisor if needed.

6. 6

   24/7 system responsibility.

   I understand that the EA requires a continuously operating computer, server, or Virtual Private Server (VPS) running 24/7. I am solely responsible for maintaining uninterrupted system uptime, internet connectivity, and broker connection. The Company bears no liability for any losses arising from system failure, internet outage, VPS downtime, or broker disconnection.

   I am solely responsible for all trading outcomes.

   I accept full and exclusive responsibility for all profits and losses generated on my broker account through the EA, regardless of whether those results arise from EA decisions, market conditions, technical failures, or any other factor.

8. 8

   Copy trading and signal sharing are strictly prohibited.

   I confirm that I will not use the EA or its trade activity for copy trading, signal distribution, managed accounts, or any form of third-party account management. I understand that doing so will result in immediate permanent license revocation with no refund.

9. 9

   Subscription fees are non-refundable.

   I acknowledge that the monthly subscription fee of USD 125.00 (excluding applicable taxes) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including trading losses, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with EA performance.

10. 10

    I am of legal age and eligible to trade.

    I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, legally permitted to engage in forex and CFD trading in my jurisdiction, and that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Company's full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Payment, Delivery & Refund Policy.

After the Trader has accepted this Agreement on first login, the platform displays the following two-step reminder gate on every subsequent login before granting access to the dashboard.

Step 1 — Risk Reminder (One-liner)

Trader must click "Yes, I confirm" to proceed, or "No, take me to Disclosure" to re-read the full 10 statements.

Step 2 — Quick Setup Reminders

Once the Trader confirms, the following 5 bullet reminders are shown before they can enter the dashboard:

• EA works ONLY on Cent / USC accounts.
• Minimum capital required: USD 500 ( 50,000 USC ).
• EA will work on a Real Cent account, NOT on a Demo account.
• Your broker account must be MT5-supported.
• To set up the EA, please refer to the Setup Guide tab in your dashboard.
