Payment, Delivery & Refund Policy

This Payment, Delivery and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions made by subscribers on the platform at www.traderstv.in. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our services are purely digital in nature. We provide software license keys for automated trading software (Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5) on a subscription basis. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

2.1 Fixed Monthly Subscription

This fee covers access to the EA software and the associated platform features for one full calendar month. The fee is fixed and flat — not calculated as a percentage of trading profits, not adjusted for losses, and not prorated for partial months.

2.2 Fee Exclusions

The subscription fee does not include:

• Broker account fees, commissions, spreads, or deposit requirements
• Virtual Private Server (VPS) costs
• MetaTrader 5 platform fees
• Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges
• Applicable taxes — charged at actuals separately

You are solely responsible for:

• Knowing your subscription renewal date at all times
• Initiating manual payment before the due date
• Monitoring your payment method for validity
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available

3.2 Consequences of Non-Payment

• All license keys will be deactivated immediately on the due date
• The EA will cease to function on your MetaTrader 5 terminal
• Active trades remain your sole responsibility — the EA will no longer manage them
• No compensation or partial refund for inactive periods

3.3 Reactivation

Reactivation requires full payment of all outstanding dues plus any applicable reactivation fee. Reactivation is not guaranteed for accounts with repeated payment failures.

The Platform provides an optional automatic payment deduction feature. By enabling it, you authorize the Company to charge the applicable fee on each renewal date.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring sufficient balance is available on or before each deduction date
• Maintaining a valid, unexpired payment method
• Monitoring each automatic deduction to verify processing

Failed automatic deductions are treated identically to manual non-payment — license keys will be deactivated immediately.

To disable automatic deduction, do so a minimum of 5 business days before the next scheduled date.

• Payments must be made through authorized payment channels on the Platform
• All transactions are processed by authorized third-party payment processors
• All fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD)
• Currency conversion fees are your sole responsibility

• License key delivery is automated — typically within seconds to minutes
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours
• Your license key is permanently accessible in your account dashboard
• Each license key is bound to a single MT5 broker account and is non-transferable

No refund, credit, or compensation will be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with EA performance or trading results
• Trading losses, drawdown, or total loss of capital
• Change of mind or decision to stop using the EA
• Technical difficulties from your own system or broker
• License deactivation resulting from non-payment
• Termination for breach of Terms of Service
• Subscription cancellation before end of billing period
• Force majeure events

7.2 No Trial Period

The Company does not offer a free trial, money-back guarantee, or risk-free trial period.

7.4 Exception — Duplicate Billing Only

The only circumstance for a possible credit is verified duplicate billing. Such cases must be reported to support@traderstv.in within 48 hours with supporting evidence. If verified, a credit will be applied to the following month's subscription.

To cancel your subscription:

• Disable automatic renewal from your account dashboard, or
• Submit a written cancellation request to support@traderstv.in
• Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before the next renewal date
• No refund of the current month's fee will be issued

The base subscription fee of USD 125.00 is exclusive of all applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated at actuals and added to your invoice based on prevailing rates in the applicable jurisdiction. Tax amounts may differ between billing periods.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from failed payment transactions, license deactivation due to payment failure, unauthorized transactions, currency conversion losses, or technical failures of third-party payment processing.

The Company reserves the right to update this Policy at any time with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Where a refund IS granted (see the four scenarios below), refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the credit/debit card issuing bank. For UAE bank transfers via MamoPay, refunds typically settle within 5–15 business days. For cryptocurrency payments via MalyPay, refunds are returned in the same coin to the wallet address the payment originated from within 2–10 business days.

The four scenarios where a refund may be granted:

• The wrong product was sent by the merchant — e.g. a Trial license was invoiced as a Premium annual subscription. We will fully refund the difference or the full amount and re-issue the correct license.
• The product is defective — the EA repeatedly fails to attach to a supported broker terminal despite following our published installation guide, AND our support team confirms a reproducible defect in writing. Refund is granted only if the defect cannot be resolved within 14 days of the ticket being opened.
• The product was damaged in shipping — because our product is delivered digitally, this scenario applies where the download file itself is corrupted or fails checksum verification, and re-download from the platform does not resolve the issue.
• The product is tampered — if the EA binary or license file delivered to you was modified by a third party in transit (verified by our hash-mismatch logs), we will re-issue the license and refund the transaction if you request it.

Any refund request must be submitted to support@traderstv.in with the invoice number and license key within 7 days of the transaction. Requests outside the four scenarios above or received after 7 days will be rejected.

Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the trader dashboard (Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Auto-Renewal). Cancellation stops the next scheduled charge; the current paid period continues to be honoured until its expiry date — there is no pro-rata refund for the unused portion of an active subscription.

One-time upgrade purchases cannot be cancelled once activated. If you paid for a 3 / 6 / 12 month plan and the license has been activated (downloaded / connected to a broker), the plan runs its full course and is not cancellable.

Cancellation & replacement is allowed in these specific cases:

• Before the EA has been downloaded — you may request cancellation and a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided no download activity is logged against the license.
• Duplicate payment — where the same order was paid twice due to a payment retry, the duplicate is automatically detected and refunded within 3 business days.
• Failed provisioning — if VPS provisioning fails and cannot be resolved by our team within 48 hours, the license is cancelled and a full refund is issued.

All approved cancellations are refunded to the original mode of payment. DalRoti will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties as part of the cancellation process.

Our product is a digital software service. Nothing is physically shipped.

• License Delivery — License keys are delivered instantly via email AND appear on your trader dashboard the moment payment is confirmed by the gateway.
• EA Robot Delivery — The Expert Advisor binary is downloadable from your dashboard immediately after license activation.
• VPS Credentials — If your plan includes a hosted VPS, credentials are provisioned within 30 minutes of payment confirmation and delivered via the VPS card on your dashboard.
• Delivery Fees — None. Delivery of the digital product is free and worldwide (except OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions).
• International Delivery Time — Same as local: instant to 30 minutes.

Following a successful payment, you will receive:

• An activation email within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, containing your invoice number, license key, and download link.
• An SMS / WhatsApp notification (if you provided a phone number during signup) confirming the transaction and expiry date.
• A visible "Payment Successful" banner on your dashboard the next time you log in, with a link to download your invoice PDF.

If you do not receive the activation email within 15 minutes of payment, check your spam folder first, then contact support@traderstv.in with your payment reference — we will investigate and resend within 2 business hours.

We accept the following payment methods through PCI-DSS compliant gateways:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards (via Telr & MamoPay)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Telr)
• UAE bank transfer (via MamoPay)
• Cryptocurrency — BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH and others (via MalyPay)

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card currency at your bank's prevailing exchange rate.
